Introducing Microcontrollers and Integrated Development Environment
Now that you know what comes in your hardware kit, let's dive into putting it all together. It starts with a microcontroller. Please note you will need a Windows OS or Mac OS X computer.
A microcontroller is a small computer that you will become familiar with as you explore the activities below.
An Integrated Development Environment (IDE) is the software used to program code for microcontrollers.
